“The parcel arrived, but not at our address, it arrived to a stranger at a totally different address in a totally different neighborhood. Zaful support will not look at the evidence and, for a 32,77 Euro offer, they are offering us a meagre 12,99 partial refund. They refuse to send the item again, or to give a full refund. The behavior of the support is such that I would give zero stars, if it was possible. Enfuriating. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.”

“HORROR. I was not receiving my parcel after months so I finally went to customer service to inquire about what had happened to my parcel. They told me the shipping company could not reach me ( in spite of the fact I have given them 2 different telephone numbers) and that the only thing they can do is reimburse me 40 $ ( my order was above 100$). I am outraged and I definitely do nit recommend shopping with them ever. You won't get your stuff anyway and you will loose money.”

“DO NOT BUY! No refund offered which is illegal! Awful! Do not buy there. You cannot get a refund for return! If you want to return here are the options: Option 1:Return for Exchange for product(s) Please return the items to our third party seller address in Spain! Option 2:Return for Refund Please return the items to our third party seller address in Spain. Once we receive the items, we can refund you to your Wallet for use on your future orders. Is this even legal!?On the UK Gov Website- accepting-returns-and-giving-refunds It says: "You must offer a refund to customers if they’ve told you within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they’ve told you".”

“Took over a month plus lots of online and phone enquiries for it to arrive. Was a lovely cotton shirt but was so disappointing was not size L but more medium or small even. After so much stress will not buy again lost my money as no way will send back just to go thru more stress and waiting again.”

“If the parcel tracking information say cleared what does that mean when will l receive it because it is showing me that it is already arrived in my county but l haven't received it it's been 2 weeks after the delivery expecting date offwhich it's been a month now common”

“I paid 20$ for shipping, for that high of a price I expected my order to come fast, it’s been 8 days and no tracking of the order, and it still hasn’t come in... It just says it’s been shipped....not happy and won’t get anything else again”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I returned £110 worth of goods - at my own expense. I was given an address in Spain to send the items to. The returns cost me £32!!!! They keep saying they have not received the returns and that it can take 3 months for them to receive them. They items were returned over 2 months ago and still NO REFUND!!! NEVER,EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SHOCKING AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRADE!!”

“the hoodies I bought came after 5-6 weeks. and after all that wait, they came in very thin material. I have to wear a longsleeve shirt underneath and deafeats the whole purpose of the hoodie.”

“I've had only one experience w/the company. I recently ordered a bathing suit from this company via Amazon (12/25/2020). Not only was the suit beautiful and of great quality, it was delivered w/in like 3 -4 days, but by Amazon Prime (I'm not a member/subscriber...I actually paid a/b $7 for shipping). I ordered 2 items from 2 different vendors at the same time and the Zaful order is the only one I've received so far. From all the reviews that I have read, perhaps swimwear is their thing??”

“HIGHLY UNSATISFIED! I WOULD ACTUALLY GIVE THIS CMPANY -5 STARS INCLUDING THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. My son used their website to buy clothes, he used a visa gift card. He received an email confirming order, next day it was cancelled. They claim it was due to unsuffient funds (he just got the card, and we even checked the balance before buying clothes) I contact them and I get the runaround, rude and not even willing to help. I just keep getting told I need to submit a ticket and that they never took the money (but yet money is all gone). I submit a ticket and never heard bad, contact them yet again and this time told they dont take visa gift cards - only for international orders they do, umm what? You dont take visa cards for domestic orders but yet you do for international orders? I speak to another rep and again told to submit a ticket.. I explain that I already have and that I contacted the card company and they even said the money was taken by them..and yet again being told that there was no money thats why the order was cancelled.. Well now I want my money back! needless to say I have been at this for 1 month now and still no money and still get told to submit a ticket. STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!”

“It came on time, really quick tbh, I was expecting a month delivery time but it came in about 5 days. The clothes I received were of mixed quality, some things were amazing for the price and better than i expected whilst one of my items looked completely different. Overall, I am pleased with my order, however I am leaving this review to tell people not to trust their reviews on their website. If you leave any negative reviews they will censor them. For example, I left a 3 star review on one item and they bumped it up to a 5 star review, and I left a 1 star review on an item and it was bumped up to a 2 star review.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM ZAFUL. They stole my money. Never received my package, reported it to them. They told me check post office, neighbors, which I did and no one had the package. They never refunded me or resent the items. Instead the offered me 10% off my next purchase. THE AUDACITY!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE (even after I’ve shopped here a number of times) NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! ZERO STARS”

“So I just order stuff for sixty pounds before reading these reviews and I’m scared now. Also they just sent me 5 emails saying my order was cancelled but gave no reason why and when I checked the shipping information from the previous email it indicated it was still coming. I think I’m going to try and get a refund.”

“To bad I didn't read all the bad reviews before I ordered the cute Butterfly Tank Top for my daughter. The tank top came BUT NO BUTTERFLY the shirt was BLANK. The return bullsh*t they expect you to do is ridiculous, not that they would ever re-send or credit me no matter how many hoops I jump through. Disgusting company”
