“Zalando products are durable and delivery takes quite a short time to reach final consumer. Very effective and efficient and returning an article you fall outbof taste with is quite easy and stress free.”

“Zalando is a very good company and has a fantastic online shopping experience... Every time I have purchased something, it arrived quickly and perfectly packed. Now, there has been a few hiccups along the way, but their customer communication has been excellent and the matter has been rectified right away. All in all, a fantastic shopping site that I will be using time and time again... Thank you Zalando Samantha Mulcahy”

“Usually excellent service. However last experience they confirmed order by email, took payment from card (not pending despatch) and then I didn't hear anything for three days. When I called customer service the representative told me the order was delayed due to waiting for an item. That's fine but I would have appreciated an email to inform me within 24 hours of placing my order.”

“The have good product line, good delivery and responsive customer service. However on most orders I have had issues with returns. All returned items are not refunded. It is a great inconvenience to be chasing the company, providing evidence and waiting for the refunds. I find this quite discouraging and unethical”

“Late delivery 🤔My order took one week before arrival, I ordered on 9th May and it got delivered on 16th May.. meanwhile the delivery date was supposed to be between 11th-14th May..”

“Your review counts! You reviewed www.zalando.co.uk Add photo Agnieszka Winkiewicz 1 review 2 stars: Poor Just now Still owed money 6 months after wrong item sent. I have used Zalando a few times before but it always takes a long time for everything to get done. My last order I got sent the wrong size and when I contacted them that i really wanted to have the item and it was on sale when i bought it they told me to just return it and that's it, i wasnt offered to be sent a replacement. The store which is one of the points where you can drop off the package couldn't take the package because their system wasnt working. Eventually i found a place where I could send the package back but i still haven't been returned the money owed me and it's been 6 months. I will definitely not use this website ever again.”
