Good purchase, ordered Forza 6 and this was delivered to me on the release date. Can't fault the service at all and I was kept up to date throughout the dispatch process

Would never use zavvi online again. There customer service skills are absolutely ribbish. when missing items from my order they pretty much kept sending the same response to my messages. frustrating to say the least. Keep well away from zavvi

I could go on and on this is just one of my last messages to them. Hate this company This is the worst i have ever been treated by a company my order is a month late! Had to spend £7 on a bus travelling half an hour there AND back to get to a printer and scanner take time out my day because they needed a form signed! Been told i would not get reimbursed my £7 even tho the company practically forced me to go other wise i would not give me MY own money back or my order i paid or a month ago! Messaged at least 5 times now one of the last ones being the form i traveled for them i got a reply "please print and scan this form" the completed form i just bloddy sent!? Idiots I want my order! And a damn nice good will gesture Or i want my damn money back! And feel the very least i deserve is my £7 bus money ontop of that considering the only reason i used the site in the first place was because the blu ray was £5 cheaper than amazon a company which has never disappointed me after hundreds of orders!

I order Destiny: the Taken king and I expected to receive it on the release date of 15th September. Nothing arrested arrived so I contacted them the following day. A day later they got back to me and said that there had been a mix up in the warehouse and my order was not dispatched. I eventually heard from them on the 18th saying that they have dispatched the item. It should arrive on Tuesday, a full week after the release date. Don't be fooled by the low prices. The service is terrible.

Read this before they delete it! I can't believe this company get away with reporting every negative review about them (or near enough). As stated by other people, I preordered a game- a month in advance- purely because the price was so good. I haven't received the game. I can't call them as they have de-activated their phone number. They will ignore correspondence (or brush it off) on Twitter, their message board system is a joke. I actually ordered two copies of this game, one of which is for my little brother who has talked of nothing but this release for the last three weeks (he lives a few hours away from me) and I now have to dread how heartbroken he will be when he gets home. This game is a Day One edition. The clue to when I expect it is surely in the name? I notice other sites such as TrustPilot realise soon that allowing Zavvi to remove these posts is merely allowing them a deceitful score when the reality is shoddy, poor service and that Trading Standards are surely inundated with criticism of this as other review sites (that's it keep scrolling) are rife with complaints. I only wish I'd seen them earlier. I have messaged the company but do not expect a reply any time soon as I apparently have to wait five days before I can inform them that they have not sent my package in time to fulfil my order.

The whole point of pre-ordering something is to get it either before or on the release date not 3 days latter release...Customer service had the same response every time and didn't seem to care, Absolute waste of a company...Bad service + Bad customer service = STAY AWAY...

DO NOT BUY FROM ZAVVI. Don't be tempted by the prices. They have the worst customer service of any company in the UK. My wife bought a £100 gift voucher code from them at the end of August. It didn't work. 16 days of constant messaging (by me and her) later they finally sent another code which ALSO didn't work!. They frequently say things like 'we'll respond to you within 24 hours' then just ignore you. They reply with cut and pasted robotic responses through their website and each message is read and responded to by a different person who has no idea whats been going on. You may as well be buying goods from the back of a lorry for all the support you'll get if something goes wrong. They are an unscrupulous bunch of crooks and we've had to report them to Trading Standards.

Pre-ordered game 3 months before release. Release date rolls around and no game. Contacted them and got a reply saying that "Your order is on special order for you with our supplier but at this time they are unable to give me a date for when they will have it back in stock. In the meantime our buyers are trying to obtain this for you from other suppliers." Contacted them again and said that I didn't understand why they were out of stock of a pre-ordered game and that I could do with some idea of when I would receive it. Reply was "I am very sorry for the delay in this order, once the item is in stock it will automatically be despatched straight to you." Not answering the question and offering no reason for how they could fail to deliver my pre-order. Despite the loss of pre-order bonus items I am cancelling the order and will not be buying from them again.

Pre ordered a game for my autistic son, I have now been told I might not get it till 5 days after release!! What is the point of pre ordering! They have also refused to refund me even though they have not posted the item yet! I will be ringing trading standards on Monday to find where I stand legally. Please AVOID this company.

They are pathetic and have horrible customer service. My game took 15 days to come via 'standard delivery'. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. They lied about the dispatch date and were completely useless when it came to helping me. Their customer service team are a joke 3+ days to reply and they only ever sounded interested in covering their own backs. PATHETIC.

Would also give 0 STARS if i could. Customer service team accsued me of lieing on multiple times to get out of a small refund as their website was very poorly updated. Would highly recommend no one to buy from these guys as if something goes wrong with your order there is very little support in place. Zavvi have lost a huge customer here as i own in the thousands of video games and tens of consoles but they would still sooner lose a customer like this than deal with any problems. Please if anyone wants a Zbox go for a loot crate or 1up box i have bought subscriptions for both of these now instead of Zavvis zbox and would suggest anyone else considering this to do the same.

I would give no stars if I could. Ordered item October 2014 has been dispatched September 2015! Very little contact (just the same email each time with a different date) lasts few emails were ignored at no point would they give me a dispatch date! I actually cancelled order months ago and yet they haven't actually cancelled it and dispatched it nearly 12 months after ordering! Avoid at all costs.

Advertised ps4 bundle as stock, take your money, then 3 days later tell you they are waiting On Their supplier and don't have a date!!!!! All individual items are listed as stock!! No phone number to ring them and very slow/no response to email APPALLING SERVICE FOR SOMEONE SPENDING OVER £300!!

Pred-ordered a game two weeks before its release. A day before so they contact me saying its unavilable and they will offer a different version of the game. The next day, I do t recieve the game and realise they didnt even take my money. Contacted them several times and all they did was ignor my emails. I honestly dont know what to do as the pre order bonus will be lost if I now butly from elsewhere. I am completely applled by their responces ans lack of service. That was the first and last time I order from them agai.

I got a game with code allready used code. Contacted customer support and got the same answer every time: we are researching it. For a month now. I feel ripped off. They lost a loyal customer.

I ordered a dvd box set on 23rd feb was never sent out and can't tell me when they will be able to ship it. the customer service is appualing you just get standard response emails I will NEVER use them again avoid at all costs

I ordered just over £40 worth of stuff from Zavvi in January, and got an email saying they were all dispatched together. A few days later I only received one item (worth about £2) so £40 worth of stuff didn't come. I've emailed them twice (tried ringing but the number only has an automated message telling you to go on the website) and have sent the non receipt of goods form thing that they made me print, fill in, then scan, and sent back, and I haven't heard anything. Really won't be ordering from them again, at least with amazon you can ring/chat online to get it sorted quickly rather than send emails; waiting days hoping that you get a reply, and with ebay you get paypal protection. I wouldn't suggest anyone risk more than a few pounds on this website.

I wish I had read these reviews before placing an order with Zavvi.com! NEVER pre-order an item from Zavvi - I placed pre -order for X-box One as special treat for my 15 year old when he passed his GCSE's. 3 weeks after due date still hadn't received my X-box but the payment had been taken! No phone number on web site to contact Customer Services so had to complain via email. The replies to my query were awful basically unwilling to accept any responsibility for taking more pre -orders than they could fulfill. After many emails they just cancelled my order!!!!! Currently watching my bank account for the money!!!!!! DO NOT BUY from this company
