If only there were a zero-star button, it seems that I am somehow rewarding them with a fancy lone-star sticker for effort. Hateful customer service: ordered my items on November 28, estimated delivery time between 4 and 11 December, now it is the 17th, and still no news. Contacted the zavvi, and their customer service said it could take up to 48 hours to respond. Guess what, those 48 hours have passed as well.

Ordered Christmas present on December 2nd, now 17th and still not arrived. They were quick enough to take my money. Don’t answer emails. Someone investigate them please

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Absolutely terrible, ordered on 1st December no communication at all after DM-ing them on twitter after a week when there had been no movement had been informed of the delay, advised them that I wanted a refund and then ignored continuously, then miraculously on the 15TH DAY after I ordered despite taking my money the day after I ordered! I'm guessing they will come back saying I have to wait until the order is delivered and return it because they still haven't responded over 24 Hours. I really hope that people don't use Zavvi, they are a joke and I hope they get what they deserve. UPDATE: Its exactly as I said, despite the reply below, was ignored for two days after asking for a refund and then they say its been dispatched and I can return it, what a surprise, zavvi is terrible, please avoid at any cost

hi,i am disgusted how your company has treated your loyal customers.i have spent a reasonable amount of money on your site,but i have not received out standing items since november.i know how the world climate is at this moment of time,but i am receiving items from usa and uk from other companys no probs.you either have no stock to fufil orders or i have lost parcels.some items have tracking but they r no use at all.after this christmas period is over you will lose thousands in profits to all of the thousands of customers u owe money too,including me. baa humbug!!!!!! to you all.

Ordered some Blu Rays Sunday 30th but tried to cancel an hour later as I spent too much. Got a reply from them an hour later saying they were in the dispatch stage and couldn't be cancelled (within 2 hours of the order? On a Sunday?). Took them 5 days to send all the orders out and still not received as of today (16th). Filled in their "order not received" form and still nothing back. No live help, no number to call - atrocious.

Ordered 5 items in one order from Zavvi. A few days later, the first of five emails arrives, telling me that one of the items has been dispatched. Over the next few days, a similar email arrives for the other items. Weeks later, no items have arrived. No response from Customer Support - just automated replies. Looking online, it seems this is a very common thing with Zavvi. They simply don’t sent your items! How are they still operating? Have filed a Paypal claim to get the money back. Complete time-wasters. UPDATE: This is unbelievable. Zavvi has now removed my account from their site – I can no longer log in, check my order, contact them via my account page, etc. However, they took the time to respond to my Paypal claim. Paypal asked them for delivery detail information. For each item they replied “cannot provide details”. So, rather than simply refunding me, they took the time to delay the case with zero helpful information. And to delete my account? Can this really be the actions of a major company? Trading Standards needs to investigate all these issues people are having with this “company”.

Terrible service. Ordered a Christmas present on 22/11/20, over 3 weeks later now and still not arrived, Zavvi should NOT advertise products as a 24hr dispatch if this can not be met, especially when it is now so far away from the advertised target. Help chat is never available and the automated generic email responses you receive from contacting customer service are utterly useless in helping you get any closer to knowing when you are likely to receive the item that they were so quick to take the money for. I finally received an email that wasn’t automated explaining my order was in the dispatch stage, again a lie as when checking the order status it is still in processing. Do not use if you actually like your orders to arrive, I’ve ordered numerous Xmas gifts online this year and this is the only company that hasn’t been able to deliver within an acceptable time frame, why?

Terrible. Order came with no inside packaging and let’s just say there is no way I can use my order as a Xmas present. Offered a 25% discount. Customer service is terrible. Do not buy from this site

Ordered 4 blu rays over 10 days ago received emails saying all items dispatched 2 of them arrived still waiting on the other 2 customer service unhelpful won’t be using again.

I ordered 2 dvd boxsets to be delivered by the 30/11/20 & they have still not been delivered I’ve contacted Zavvi but they were absolutely useless I will definitely never use them again & I strongly recommend that anyone that reads this doesn’t use them either

BEWARE SELLER. I have email exchanges with zavvi regarding sending opened items. I Reported them to Better Business Bureau, Federal trade commission and filed a dispute against zavvi with my bank. I sent pics of a $666 order and they offered a measley 10% off. I agreed to get it over with. They told me to close the dispute with my bank. I closed it and they still didnt give me a 10% refund. They sent collectible action figures opened...outter box removed and theyve given me a hard time since Day 1.

THE most unhelpful site ever. Lure you in with these bargains, take your money and don't send the items. Ordered two Christmas jumpers nearly 3 weeks ago now and status is still 'processing' although when speaking to them they say items are dispatched and won't allow me to cancel the order because of this.. Wish I'd checked reviews before purchase 😔 almost £70 down at this time of year.. Gutted.

Absolutely shocked with the appalling customer service with zavvi i have 3 orders outstanding that should of all been delivered now. First one a preorder that was pushed back a month and should now arrive Monday which I doubt will happen. The second also a preorder that was originally due Monday and has now been pushed back to the 30th January 2021 with no email to let me know and the third and one I'm most angry about was placed on a item that was showing in stock so I paid and money was taken, it should of been with me on the 30th October and up to now I only get updates if I contact zavvi and last I heard they had it on special order from the supplier which is strange when it was supposed to be in stock when I placed my order so somebody somewhere is lying. I work for a company that deals with online sales all over the world and wouldn't think of treating a customer this way
