If I could give this company 0 stars I will they have still not dispatched my order I placed online they are making the same excuseS warehouse are processing it I cannot believe it I wish I had seen these reviews before I regret buying from them their really are a terrible Company Iv never come anyone so unprofessional like that online I’m definitely going to report them to my bank if they don’t Send me the order ....free advise stay away from these scammers

Item arrived damaged to to flimsy box and no protective packaging. Seeing this is an 60 pound item you would expect better. Outer box had large rip and even sweet wrappers at the bottom. Contacted customer service who were less than helpful offered me a refund to barely cover postage. Not my first time Zavvi had given me problems but this experience is terrible avoid at all costs I will certainly not shop with them again

You can't call them. They have no live chat. You can't even reply to their emails. They took my money and haven't stopped processing my order for 2 weeks. The staff just send the same copy reply each time and refuse to cancel. Its outrageous a company can act like this and not be shut down

Ordered items that were advertised as in stock and expect delivery within 5-7 days. 25 days later, still no delivery, keep being fobbed off that items being produced but won't give date that will be delivered. Won't refund and cancel as they say been specially ordered - it's a f***ing t-shirt!!!

I ordered a $300 lego set couple weeks ago. It was NEVER delivered to me. The tracking records showed it was signed by a person who I have NEVER knew. We went back and forth many emails, they didn't send me any copy of the signature, then came to the final "investigation" that they insisted that person is a resident at our single household address. They are handing their hat a name that doesn't live here. Their customer service is beyond poor. It’s corrupt! I don't think this dumb website should even exist!!! ZAVVI SHOULD BE SUED!!! I am going to dispute the charge right after the this.

ordered 3 items from zavvi.com both never arrived, 1 arrived damaged after hard discussion with customer support, reveived my refund whats wrong with you zavvi years ago we have never problems but now a disaster never ordered again

I agree just about everyone here. I wish I would have seen these reviews before I purchased a DVD set that does not play on DVD players in the US. WHAT?@#%&$! Why would I buy a box set of DVD's that don't play in the US? Supposedly they say this on the website somewhere (never saw it!) but still, why sell a useless product. Oh, when you insert the DVD they have a nice set up on the screen that says, "sorry you're seeing this because it means you have purchased a product for Region 2 and it will not play." Well, people like this hopefully will go out of business SOON!!! You can only do this for so long.

Disgusting company and terrible customer service From Helen. Dan. Rebecca. Harry. Haven’t a clue what they are doing. Cut you off in mid chat if they can’t handle the heat. Can’t converse with customers. Waiting in 2 refunds for a item that was sent a months ago Just be careful when ordering from them You will be much better off ordering from eBay. Amazon. HMV BEWARE. YOU HAVE ALL BEEN WARNED.

My order didn't arrive. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for a delivery delay because of shipping issues during the covid 19 pandemic. When I contacted them, they said because I didn't contact them earlier, they can't track it and they will neither ship another or provide a refund. Poor service😠

2 Orders for multiroom speackers both were marked available 1 Order - comes late (got lost) was clearly already opened and some funktions (bluetooth) where broken returning would cost 60 euro that they dont pay you (big expensive speackers) 2 Order - after 6 weeks and 4 emails where they stated that the order is on its way it was suddenly cancelled support is copy and paste it seems no truth and no discounts for broken goods (have it as email)

They haven't even processed my order yet for a back to the future mug and t-shirt and I've asked for a refund, but yet to receive and my credit card company have reported them already for fraud without me even saying anything, so they must be really bad, I would avoid at all costs

I ordered a collectable that was an exclusive. A Hellraiser box set. It was received damaged and I asked for a discount but was only offered 10%. This was rejected and I asked to return for a refund. I had no printer and in the pandemic housebound. Zaavi finally sent me out a firm to return the item. This took months. It cost me 16 pound to return it. Not only did they not refund the postage but I have now been notified that replacement has been sent. I am dismayed with this service.

Still waiting for my order placed a month ago. Zavvi keep saying they are looking into it but I have to keep chasing them up. No refund in sight. I would not order from them. Unreliable and poor customer service!!!

Terrible company. First of all, they are lying about being an UK company. They are sending from Guernsey, leaving you with a large customs bill if you choose to accept your goods. I didn't and returned it. Now over 6 weeks later they still refuse to give me a refund even though I have uploaded proof of refusal twice to their internal complaints system.

Pésimo servicio de entrega, mas de 2 meses esperando el pedido y no ha llegado aun, lo han devuelto a la tienda y han vendido el producto que yo había comprado, y ahora me dicen por correo que no hay stock, cuando lo pedí hace más de dos putos meses, pagina que no es de fiar ni por la entrega ni por los productos,no veo lógico que haga un pedido hace dos meses, me digan que no ha podido ser entregado y que ha sido devuelto a su origen, y que encima verdad a otra persona los productos que yo había reservado y pagado hace 2 meses. Seriedad 0% no recomiendo para NADA esta página de mierda!!

Terrible! They sell DVD 's that can't be played in USA households. Our DVD players don't recognize them. They say you can trick you DVD player but it still didn't work. I tried to return it, they say no because you already opened it. Seriously? Customer service told me "Well it said region B in the description " . Well of course it did... and the general public knows what that means? You took my $50 for a DVD I can't use... thank you. DO NOT PURCHASE FEOM THESE PEOPLE!!!

Terrible customer service. Very frustrating and clunky returns process. After two weeks of having damaged goods due to their inadequate and non existent packaging, they have finally allowed me to get a refund for products as they do not have replacements in stock. Requested a returns label, but the parcel is too big for their own drop of system and too big for Royal Mail. I messaged them to ask for a courier and a solution and instead got a message about getting a replacement! Will not ever order from this company again!

Ordered a mystery pack of 10 t shirts which I received. Ordered XL and I got 9 XL 1 Xxxl emailed zavvi and they offered me a 10% discount. I mean come on asked them for another XL t shirt told it cannot be done even though they sell single t shirts. No customer service at all stay well clear shocking company!!!!!!!

Don't bother . This company needs to be suied. Iv reported them to local trading standards for selling stock they don't have . Shocking. Iv never ever delt with such an unprofessional bunch of cowboys
