If I could could rate my experience as 0 stars, I would. Let me start by first saying that I've ordered quite a lot from Zavvi recently and have never had a bad word to say about them until now and that's due to the sole fact that I've never needed to deal with their "customer service" team before. I placed my order on the 30th of November with plenty of time for my items to arrive before Christmas. The order was £150 worth of goods so it's not exactly like this was small time order that probably doesn't matter to this company - it's a decent chunk of change. My order arrived roughly around the 17th of December without a returns label and was the completely wrong item. After explaining that this was a gift for Christmas, that I didn't have a printer and that I didn't feel safe locating a printer near me due to the recent pandemic I asked whether they could just send out the items I ordered along with a returns form and I would then return their item that probably costs no more than £5-10 in manufacturing - a request I don't feel is that outlandish given the circumstances. This request was denied in multiple back and forth conversations with several members of the team - each one more useless than the last. After being instructed to return it via the post office and promised that they would refund the delivery charge, I finally caved wanting to be done with this ordeal and so that was that...or so I thought! Nearly a month and a half after my original order was placed, my return arrived back with them on the 12th of January which they didn't even acknowledge and I had to chase. After contacting them on the 18th I was simply told to "be patient". A week later on the 25th, I still hadn't had a response so I contacted them again stating that if their response wasn't that it was being sorted as we speak, to pass me through to a manager. The same person responded once again asking me to "be patient". Patient. Really? It's nearly been 2 months since I placed the original order and I'm being told to "be patient". I once again asked to speak to a manager as apparently "Kate" can't even accomplish the simplest of tasks such as "reading". I then had an email off of "Emily" who still to this day I have no idea whether she is even a manager or not but what concerned me more is that she informed me that one of the items I had been waiting 2 months for was now out of stock. 2 months of waiting. 5 "customer service" operatives (Trisha, Ash, Kate, Emily & Ross) and yet not a single member of this "team" thought it might be a good idea to keep the stock to one side given that apparently the entire Zavvi team knew my situation? There was a point earlier in the email thread that I expressed my concerns about the items going out of stock however this warning just appears to have been ignored. I don't even care that they sent me the wrong item. It's a simple mistake that can be corrected (or so you'd think). I don't even care that this didn't even arrive in time for Christmas. All I care about is how laughably tragic Zavvi's "customer service" team is. In a time when people are desperate for any forms of employment, how is THIS their "customer service" team? How is THIS the best they have to offer a customer (let alone a returning customer). I'm not the sort of person to leave a negative review and I'm definitely not the sort to give customer service teams a hard time especially as I know what it's like to work on customer services and the hardships such a role ensues. However, Zavvi's team doesn't know the first thing about customers and the service they deserve. In light of this information and after requesting a full refund including my delivery and returns delivery cost (which was promised to me prior), I have been informed that 2 of the 3 items I'd ordered will be refunded and nothing has been said about the delivery charges as of yet. Not that I'm surprised as completely disregarding customer contact seems to be Zavvi's style apparently. I have yet to find out whether I will receive the rest of my refund in the future however one thing is for certain - I will not be shopping with Zavvi ever again.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ZAVVI! I ordered the Lego Statue of Liberty and light kit. It was supposed to arrive 12/28/20 and was a gift for Christmas. Due to horrible (COMPLETE LACK of) communication from ZAVVI when I tried to find out where was my order, I ordered it again from another source and received it 1/28/20. Christmas saved, so to speak. The ZAVVI Statue finally arrived yesterday, 1/26/2021. The light kit has still not arrived. The statue box arrived horribly crushed, with ZERO packing inside a box much to big for the kit. Trying to establish a return on their web site is like running a maze that goes nowhere and doesn't let you out. Their website is impossible (except for buying their crap). I have never had such a horrible online buying experience.

I ordered some funko pops, they sent me an email with 20% off for three days, for funko pops, I used the link and ordered around £90 the checkout was funny with the code, I noticed discount not applied, you cannot call/live chat with them, I sent a message to either honor the promotion or cancel. They messed me up for several days and not honored any of it!

If it was possible to give negative star reviews I would. I received the item I ordered AFTER I tried to cancel it for a week. Then they jerked me around for weeks until I couldn't return the item anymore. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE THEY ARE TRASH!!

In a nutshell, they took my money, didn't deliver the goods & then lied about giving me a refund. Basically, they are criminals.

BUYER BEWARE: Shop elsewhere. Absolute Garbage. Ordered my items at the start of November. I mistakenly thought because the website had a AU on the web address the itmes were shipped locally. No items come from the UK. The items all except on were individually shipped over a two and half week period. Even then they got one of the items wrong. One of the items showing in stock at the time of purchasing it hasn't been shipped and is now showing not in stock. My two emails sent between the initial order and the 4/01/21 have been met with the exactly same worded generic bot type reply sorry about your experience please be patient we are very busy, the last one asking for a refund of unsent item. It feels like this organisation is being run by two kids in a basement. With customer service like this it's not a wonder it went into receivership back in 2008

BEWARE SELLER. I have email exchanges with zavvi regarding sending opened items. I Reported them to Better Business Bureau, Federal trade commission and filed a dispute against zavvi with my bank. I sent pics of a $666 order and they offered a measley 10% off. I agreed to get it over with. They told me to close the dispute with my bank. I closed it and they still didnt give me a 10% refund. They sent collectible action figures opened...outter box removed and theyve given me a hard time since Day 1.

Absolutely rubbish! I would highly advise to avoid. Slow delivery. In fact unable to receive my items as London went into lockdown before it was sent out. Their automated responses are infuriating and are nothing more that cut and paste response. Be better zavvi!

Like most reviews here, I ordered 30th November with plenty of time to deliver before Christmas. I am in the Netherlands and the delivery time was 3 days. WHAT A LIE. I never received anything until now, I had no gifts to give for Christmas!!! I contacted customer service over 40 times (YES, 40) and never got a reply. I am just copy pasting the same message, spamming them as much as I can. Never received an aswer since 30th November. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SPARE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND DISAPPOINTMENT! THIS IS A SCAM!!!! I hope they go out of business soon.

Like most reviews here, I have ordered 30th November with plenty of time for the items to be delivered for Christmas. BUT NOTHING. I emailed customer service about 40 times now, I just copy and paste the same question and NO RESPONSE AT ALL. I had no gifts to give for Christmas... THANKS ZAVVI! They are such scammers. I am based in the Netherlands and the delivery time was 3 days. They make you believe they ship locally but it's not true. NEVER AGAIN! PLEASE DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKE, ORDER ELSEWHERE! Save your money and stress. What a disappointment.

I was excited when I first purchased from this company cause I got 2 4k movie sets for almost $70 less than anywhere else. Was definitely too good to be true. I ordered these over a month ago and they were supposed to get delivered the latest dec.16 , it is now dec. 23 and still no package, no tracking, and even after contacting multiple times no help. Don’t order from these guys, they are not reliable and don’t even have a phone number to contact, they do have a live chat but I have never once seen it active.

WELL WHERE TO BEGIN , ORDERED 25TH NOVEMBER AND STILL NOT RECEIVED ALL MY ITEMS ,SOME HAVEN'T EVEN BEEN SHIPPED , CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE OF CONDESCENDING PEOPLE WHO TAKE PLEASURE IN WINDING YOU UP FURTHER WITH A STANDARD REPLY TO YOUR EMAILS , IM STILL WAITING FOR REFUNDS ON DAMAGED GOODS TOO , IN TOTAL OVER A £100 THEY STILL OWE ME , IVE WASTED SO MUCH OF MY VALUABLE TIME EMAILING THEM THAT IM ON THE VERGE OF GIVING UP WHICH I THINK THAT WHAT THERE HOPING YOU DO , IM A KEY WORKER AND COULD DO WITHOUT THIS STRESS , THEY NEVER USED TO BE TOO BAD BUT AFTER THIS I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN , AMAZON AND EBAY WOULD HAVE REFUNDED ME LONG AGO, I DONT EVEN KNOW HOW LONG ZAVVI TAKE TO DEEM IT LOST IN THE POST BEFORE THEY REFUND YOU. Totally useless, still waiting for my order to arrive, zavvi keeps saying that hermees has it tracking number says no they haven't received any parcel from zavvi, which they said was dispatched two weeks ago, really annoyed 😠😠😠😠😠 this is a Xmas present

I ordered gifts for Christmas in plenty of time to be delivered by Christmas according to their delivery schedule, and I was advised that all items were in stock. The order was split into 2. The first half was sent straight away, but arrived 2 weeks after the advised delivery date. The second half included ugly Christmas sweaters (which I clearly needed for Christmas). This order didn’t even get dispatched until 3 weeks after I ordered it, and there is no chance I will get it by Christmas. I tried to cancel the order before it was dispatched, but they didn’t reply to my queries for days, until after they had dispatched it. They then advised that it could not be cancelled as it had already been dispatched, despite saying otherwise on their website. They offered no explanation, apologies or resolution to my complaints. Despite being an Australian website, all the items were shipped from overseas. Had I been aware of this I would never have ordered from them. They have totally ruined my Christmas plans, not to mention the money I have wasted, and have displayed a disgustingly poor level of customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.
