“I made an order with Zerbee and received it faster than I expected. The items were packed well, but two of the 10 items were damaged by what had to have been rough handling by the shipping company. I contacted Zerbee and gave them the information. Without any questions, they immediately sent out replacements and they arrived two days later. Zerbee is the best.”

“The product I received in the mail was not the product that I ordered via ***. I received three boxes of Expo Dry Erase markers, but they were not the dry erase markers I ordered (no Expo ink indicator). The pictured item on the site doesn't match what was sent. I would like a refund or at least an exchange for the correct markers.\n\nI'm sure it is just an oversight. But *** directed me to you to try and solve it. Thanks.”
