“Very unusual that my last order arrived with two items missing--2 Canon Photo Cyan Ink Cartridges. A telephone call put me in touch with Wendy, who reviewed my original order and concluded that indeed the shipment was only one-half fulfilled. She immediately dispatched the two missing items. My telephone call was answered promptly and handled professionally. It's a wonderful feeling to know that Zerbee values its customers so highly.”

“Found the product I needed at a good price. Quick delivery. Only hesitation to order was that a sample picture of the refill planner I needed was a "2009" calendar. It didn't say anywhere that I was ordering a "2013" calendar.”
