“Placing the order was easy, however we never received an order shipment notification. Now we are trying to track down our order that was shipped, but not delivered. Tracking info doesn't work on your website. And we never received a call from the shipment company as requested. If this wasn't a possibility we wish someone would have notified us ahead of time. If we had received a shipment email then we would have known to be in the lookout and tracking our package.”

“Everything was great, only thing to improve would be the order, I couldn't tell when it shipped, so it was a pleasant surprise when the chair came. Easy to put together, and got a call from you all making sure I was satisfied with purchase, huge thumbs up, great company to do business with, thanks!”

“In order to get many of the colors of whiteboard markers we use, it was necessary to order a multi-pack instead of individually. This gave us more colors than we would have liked...would love to see the ability to order each color individually.”
