“Outstanding service and performance. First time to use Zerbee, and I was astounded! Ordered an executive office chair at 1:00 PM (CST) Thursday, it was delivered Friday at 6:00 PM. Unbelievable! “This is not the 'usual' review....I can't tell you anything to improve on!\n\nI have used Zerbee for years, having brought it to my last two employers. On the rare occasions when there was something damaged in transit, you made it right as quickly as you were notified of it. The time I mis-ordered, you sent me an RMA and sent the correct item the day I advised you of my own error. When I messed up and didn't change a Ship To address, your team went into the submitted order and made the correction for me. You have consistently matched competitor prices if I questioned anything. You have consistently delivered the right product at the right price the next day or the day after. \n\nYou have earned our business for years, and I appreciate being able to count on Zerbee to keep us going! We are not always on top of ordering supplies on a regular schedule, but you have given the the ability to not 'run out' of anything with your quick response time. THANK YOU!”

“I continue to take Zerbee with me from one job to the next for one simple reason: it works. \n\nI am assured of getting the best prices. \nI can order online at any time of the day or night and almost always get my order with a day or so.\nAnd I never spend less than $77, so the shipping is always free for us! \n\nThere have been very few times when I needed to question a price after billing or needed to return anything. But whenever I DID need Customer Service, they were 'on it' and resolved the issue immediately.”

“Ordering is easy. Sometimes descriptions are not complete, (for example, the pack size might be missing) but in every instance, if I asked Customer Service, not only did they answer my question, but I saw that they also updated the online description right away. \n\nCan't say enough good things about Customer Service! You don't wait long for an emailed answer. Also polite and fast. Polite, fast, and good pricing...what else could you want?”

“I have never been disappointed with Zerbee. It started out almost a year ago, because I was simply price shopping. I have stayed because of the prices, sure, but also because of the customer service. I have twice asked for price matching, which was granted immediately, and did not hold my orders up at all. I have only had to return something once, and that was because I had clicked on the wrong color toner, but it was taken back without question. Orders arrive FAST.... The website works well, and the people are great. Can't do better than that!”

“We've been using Zerbee for over a year, and I have not yet been disappointed with Zerbee. The site is so easy to use, but if I have ever had to ask a question, the emailed customer service has always responded the same day and made any adjustments needed. I am so happy with what we have going, in fact, that when *** customer service called to find out why we had been inactive for so long, I flat out told them, "I am afraid you have been Zerbee'd”
