“the pen came without an ink cartridge.I called the co. and they told me they would send one to me right away. I am out of town so I don't know if it has arrived yet. They were very nice to me on the phone.”

“I would have liked for you to tell me about how long it would take for the shipment to reach me. It said 30 days after I had placed the order. I would not have placed the order if I had thought that. \nHowever, it didn't take near that long and I was grateful even though I was very worried. You could have taken care of the problem by letting me know how long it was going to take to arrive.”

“This was my first purchase with Zerbee and I was impressed with the overall purchase. I made a mistake on the "ship to" portion of the order and left it the same as the billing address. I had to get in touch with their customer service department and the young lady that answered was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. She made the corrections to my shipping info and I was able to verify it online. The merchandise arrived sooner than expected, it was packaged well, the contents were exact replicas of what I had seen online, coloring and all. This was an excellent experience. I will be shopping more with Zerbee. Thank you for the great customer experience! :)”

“I was very excited to find the folders I needed for our service department. I checked with *** (whom we contract with to purchase supplies) and the folders were $*** per box. I was able to get the same folders at 1/2 the price from Zerbee and they arrived the next day at no extra charge. I will purchase from this website again'\n***”
