“Communication of process along the way was great! I also liked the fact that the technician sent me pictures of the filters that I needed replaced and the ease of adding on the additional service (click of a button) is a definite plus. Quick and easy process and I fully expect to continue to use this very convenient service for future maintenance/repairs. The only down side was I was not able to have the car washed but I understand this service will not be provided until the Spring.”

“This is the second time I've used Zippity. I went for a routine service and cabin clean. Some additional work was recommended and I agreed after a very well handled, easy to understand update. The service was fantastic and the pricing seemed ok to me. When I called up to request if my car was ready earlier than estimated due to an emergency, the service was polite and professional and as an added bonus, my car was indeed ready and looking great! Very satisfied. Thanks!”

“Didn't get to see the team, but a great service having your car done while you're at your desk working!!!! Love the real-time updates, and appreciate the feedback from the Safety checks. They found a cabin filter that was installed incorrectly and not providing much air filtering. Had that replaced with a point and a click! Please Thank the Team. Card's in the car, but it might have been Alex and Sasha! Thanks for coming to Staples!”
