“I have used ZIPTRANSFERS on several occasions in Lanzarote and have always found them most reliable on their meet and greet at the Airport and their punctuality with the hotel pick up on the return journey. I am returning to Lanzarote this September and will have no hesitation whatsoever in repeating my taxi transfer with ZIPTRANSFERS again. Highly recommended.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Waited over an hour at the airport for various passengers and the transfer took 2 hours and 25 mins from getting on the bus to my hotel drop off. On the way back took 1 hour and 20 mins. Based on the airport service, I wouldn’t recommend the transfers, based on the hotel transfer back to the airport, that’s acceptable and value for money.”

“I’ve used Zip transfers for a couple of years & have found them to be reliable & professional. Much to our disappointment on this occasion a mini bus turned up to take us from the hotel to the airport, when in fact we had ordered & paid for a private saloon vehicle”

“Used ZIP for a private transfer for a group of 8 in Mallorca. Driver was waiting as described, was very helpful and friendly, it was a beautiful new and shiny black Mercedes van. He collected us in the return journey and was very punctual. He drove safely and we were all thrilled with the service. Thank you. We will use you again 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻”

“Even though the flight was delayed by over an hour, our driver was waiting for us when we walked into the arrivals hall. Knowing that they were waiting to bring us to our hotel made the entire process of a delayed flight more bearable.”

“The driver was terrific (and a guy with a great sense of humor). My only issue was that I somehow did not correctly fix the settings on my cell phone to receive text messages while in Europe so I didn't get the driver's text with the precise meeting location at the airport -- when I didn't reply, he called me and we found each other easily enough. A very good experience. Thank you.”

“Late transfer to airport. I arrived at the airport with less than an hour until my flight. I have complaint against this, but all I got a 15% redeem code, like I would ever use your services again.”
