“When we arrived at Rome airport, the driver said, “Wait 10 minutes. I have to pick up some other people.” So we waited 10 minutes, and then he said again, “Wait 10 minutes. I have to pick up some other people.” so, we waited another 10 minutes. And then he said again, said, “Wait 10 minutes. I have to pick up some other people.” I said, “No. We have waited long enough. Take us to our hotel.” He made some phone calls and ran around doing something and then finally said, “Ok. Let’s go.” We paid for a private car for 3 people, but we shared the car with another couple. The driver did not know how to drive properly. We were on the highway toward Rome and the engine was revving very high and we were going only 50 km per hour. He did not seem to understand the concept of changing gears. He stayed in 3rd gear - out of 6 while hundreds of other cars flew past us at 80 to 100 km per hour. When we got closer to Rome, he eventually switched gears and drove at 80kmh - too fast for the city streets. We finally arrived at the hotel, an hour later than we should have and we shared the ride even though we paid for a private car.”
