“Airport transfer van arrived almost 30 minutes late, we had to call to check and were told that we shouldn’t worry as we’d have plenty of time - which wasn’t then true. Driver dragged his feet after arriving so late”

“Excellent service both to and from the airport in Palermo in July this year. Both drivers were punctual, ultra smart and very professional in their manner. The company also impressed me in that they answered queries that I made by email after the bookings were made.”
