“Zip are usually really good, this time the driver didn’t take us to our hotel but instead to train station opposite. The driver on the way back don’t offer to put bags in the taxi, instead we did it and was really grumpy. Not a massive issue but all other drivers have been amazing. Neither got a tip so they lost out.”

“Taxi didn’t arrive. What else can I say.... 1 star. Had to pay €50 for another taxi and was left out of pocket towards the end of my holiday as a result”

“Excellent drivers both ways, on landing the driver was waiting for us and took or luggage straight away, great comfortable ride to our hotel. Our pick up driver was also on time and took our luggage, both very polite and smart. Well with the money and I will definitely use again.”

“I booked 2 journeys with zip transfer to and from Alicante airport. I found it super easy to book and both cars were there on time very comfortable and trouble free. I would recommend to anyone needing this type of service.”

“On arrival at the airport the taxi was not there to meet us. We finally got in the taxi 40 minutes later after going to the office and speaking with a rather rude operator in the office. The return journey was much better.”
