“Everything according to plan. Very good and clean mini busses. The driver who took us to the hotel from airport was very nice, helpful and friendly and I hope he gets this message. The driver who took us back was however in a very bad mood from the start...we were almoust afraid to talk in the bus. Maybe he had a bad day...”

“Our flight arrived about 30 minutes early so we were at pickup area before driver arrived, he turned up promptly at expected arrival time and assisted with luggage. Driver did not speak much English (which was expected) but he was easy to communicate with and very polite and professional. No problems at all with service. Would use Zip Transfers again without hesitation.”

“Our flight was late & when we arrived we couldn’t find our driver! We had to find an alternate ride after paying for our fare in advance! Very disappointed-! we had used another company which monitors your flight & are aware of any delays or changes! Therefore no need to call to advise of delays, etc ....this would be a great thing to offer!”
