“The driver was terrific (and a guy with a great sense of humor). My only issue was that I somehow did not correctly fix the settings on my cell phone to receive text messages while in Europe so I didn't get the driver's text with the precise meeting location at the airport -- when I didn't reply, he called me and we found each other easily enough. A very good experience. Thank you.”

“Late transfer to airport. I arrived at the airport with less than an hour until my flight. I have complaint against this, but all I got a 15% redeem code, like I would ever use your services again.”

“Excellent service, dropped the car off and the shuttle bus come straight away! When we returned we waited for 5 minutes for the bus and another short drive we were back to the office collecting the car keys, the car was parked less than 1 minute away! Excellent!”

“Used Ziptransfers to arrange return transport from Milan Malpensa to Stresa on Lake Maggiore at end May 2019. Everything was perfect. Taxi was waiting for us at the airport when we landed , and was on time for the return journey. Taxi was clean and very comfortable. I will use Ziptransfers again in the future. Highly recommended.”

“Taxi arrived smelling of vomit.we then saw we were sitting in back seat covered in vomit stains.we said to driver it smelt so bad why had it not been taken out of service and cleaned.he was very rude and said it had happened yesterday. He had not even put a towel down to sit on so our clothes were ruined.when we complained we were offered 15 per cent of our next booking. This did not even cover our laundry bill what a insult.”

“We were looking for a private transfer from the Airport in Fuerteventura to Corralejo on the 16th June, for six adults and a baby, ideally in a minibus. Read a few reviews about Zip and was initially a bit concerned but in the end decided to go with it. So glad we did. The driver was waiting in arrivals for us, very smartly dressed and very professional. The minibus turned out to be a small coach which looked brand new and was spotlessly clean. Inside the bus we saw a placard with the name TUI on it, so it would seem that they also work for the main travel companies as well. The service was excellent and massively cheaper than other transfers we saw advertised. Would highly recommend and will use again if the need arises.”
