“Car pick up from airport had a baby seat in the boot meaning the rear seat passengers had to carry this on their laps to enable luggage to fit. Driver had damaged hand so had to help loading cases. Pickup from hotel was 45 minutes late meaning no spare time at airport. Will not use this company again.”

“Used zip twice a year for quite a few years now for airport to resort and back to airport on Gran Canaria. The website is easy to navigate and your arrival is tracked and they are always there to greet you with your name clearly held up by the driver. The vehicles are excellent, with air con. I can not speak highly enough of this company. We know lots of people where we stay in Maspalomas and have passed on that many recommends we have lost count. The prices are fantastic. Use them once and you will use them every time you visit Gran Can.”

“Our flight was over 2 hours late. Driver was waiting for us. Lovely clean vehicle and driver was very friendly.”

“Pick up at CDG airport went without issue. and driver was courteous and vehicle was clean and air conditioned. Rerun pickup a few days later (at 4:30 am) driver was waiting for us at hotel and brought us to airport safely. Definitely would use the service again.”

“Ronaldo our driver was absolutely wonderful. On our drive from the airport to our Airbnb in Rome, he gave us lots of local information about places to see, area restaurants to try. Told us about things we were seeing as we drove along in car. Ronaldo was a perfect first contact for our Rome holiday.”

“Excellent service, this is the first time I have used Ziptransfers and I will not hesitate to use them again. My flight outbound flight was changed after booking my transfers but I emailed Ziptransfers to let them know, not a problem, they emailed back the same day confirming the changes.”
