“I have used Zip previously and have always received good level of service. However on this occasion we were badly let down. No driver to meet us when we arrived after collecting luggage. A zip representative we saw at the airport called to chase the driver and told 5 minutes. 20 minutes later still no driver. It was almost 40 minutes before she arrived and we ended up at our hotel later then those on the tour operators transfer coach.”

“Zip tranafers have been one of few to be there on arrival (on time or late flights). I will certainly make them my no.1 point if contact for transfers. The cars are ckaen, drivers froendly and you dont have to follow up before hand.”

“Despite our flight being two hours late the driver was waiting for us as soon as we cleared arrivals. Nice Mercedes for the journey, driver helpful pointing out landmarks etc even had drinks for us as well. Great level of service would definitely recommend and use them again”
