“Always had fabulous service from zip transfers on our holidays however I booked transfer from barcelona airport to Barcelo Sants hotel for 4 persons. Taxi was there but refused to take 4 as all had cases and hand luggage which he said could not be placed on our knees and would only get three cases in taxi so we had to pay another 35 euros for another taxi very disappointed”

“Very easy booking process, a friendly driver was waiting for us on arrival at the airport and quickly escorted us to the taxi parked a short distance away. Child safety seats were provided for 8 year old and 18 month old. On arrival at the property the driver helped us to unload and then drove us the short distance to a restaurant where we could wait for our accommodation to be ready. We were hugely grateful for this after a long, hot journey and having 2 hot and hungry children in tow. At the end of our holiday the same friendly driver arrived on time at our property and helped us load our luggage. Overall a very smooth and simple transfer.”

“There was no air conditioning on the journey from the airport to the villa and we were dropped quite a distance from the villa and had to walk with all our luggage. The return journey the driver was 30 minutes late picking us up .”

“Driver turned up before the due pickup time + gave option of leaving now or at the designated time. We choose to leave straight away as we were only waiting in the Lobby. Professional & courteous, & spoke English as opposed to most . Will definately be using the service for future transfers.”
