“A superb service. Our driver (Leonardo) was at the airport when we arrived and on the return trip was waiting in our hotel lobby when we came down at 9.20 for our 9.30 pick up. He was a first class driver and the vehicle was comfortable and immaculate. We will not hesitate to use Zip Transfers again.”

“Had to phone a number of times and eventually the driver arrived about 20 minutes late. The roads and airport were also very busy and we ended up not having time to get food before boarding the flight. I have use Zip transfers before but this time it was far from ideal and caused a lot of stress.”

“Unfortunately a disappointing service once again.. driver was extremely late and had to get another driver to get is from faro airport. We were not told and had to make numerous calls. I will never use zip again . Gave you another chance and again no driver was there.”

“Halil was my driver and he was extremely friendly and pleasant to interact with. My flight arrived earlier than anticipated but he was already waiting for me! Which was great. Would have been a 5 star review but I am Just taking off one star because I had to leave the airport building to meet him at the parking rather than at the arrivals section where I had hoped he would have helped me with my luggage. But other than this... All was excellent!”
