“There was a bit of a mix up with the drivers at the airport on arrival but was very quickly sorted. The driver was very pleasant, helpful, and polite and chatty, which was nice as they usual ignore you. On the return journey the driver arrived on time not chatty spent time chatting to a friend on the phone, but was helpful with our luggage. All in all a good service. Have used zip transfers before and happy to use again.”

“Excellent service. Waiting for us with our name clearly visible on arrival at Malaga Airport. Short walk to an immaculate car to take us on to Nerja. Again on return the following week, prompt and safely back to the airport. Very pleasant, smart driver for both journeys. Have used Ziptransfers before and will definitely use again. Great communication too.”

“We had a good transfer, when we found the right place to be as the booking said go to office 36 but it was actually 30 good transfer on our return journey, we use Zip 3 times a year and already have 2 booked for 2025”

“Recently booked Zip Transfers for solo trip airport to Albufeira and back to airport a few days later - driver was very corteous and attentive - was there at arrivals despite flight arriving early and was prompt for return trip - great service and a very nice man. Zip Transfers delivered once again.”

“Driver wasn’t in the meeting place we had been told to go to. After a phone call to the office he appeared. Helped with one of our cases and took us somewhere and told us to wait for him to get the car. He didn’t tell us how long he would be and after 10 minutes we tried to ring the office again, just then he appeared. Vehicle was clean and comfortable. Driver checked where we were going and then started looking on his phone for directions, didn’t seem prepared. drove quite slowly and didn’t seem sure where he was going, driving round a roundabout twice. We did get there safely in the end.”
