“Taxi was in fact a mini van, and not a very nice at that on the way out. We had a to wait about 10 minutes for the taxi to arrive to take us to our hotel, and that was after we even found the office in the airport to let them know we were there. Taxi on the return was on time and a better standard. Probably wouldn't use again I'm afraid.”

“Excellent, first time that I have used zip transfers that there was someone to meet us, where I normally have to go hunting for or telephoney you as to where the driver is. Other than that the drivers are always courtious and always on time for return journey.”

“We booked several transfer through ZipTransfers for our cruise trip in October/November 2024, including Athens Airport to Piraeus cruise port, Barcelona cruise port to Barcelona city hotel and hotel to Barcelona Airport. All drivers were on time and courteous. We are happy with ZipTransfers.”

“Ordered and paid for an 8 seater Ford Transit Custom type vehicle as our luggage was huge ( there were 4 of us and 2 bikes). They sent a smaller vehicle that wasn’t suitable. The smaller vehicle should’ve cost less too by around 50 Euro’s…..!! Won’t be using them again”

“Have used Zip three times in Tenerife and while the first time was excellent, the next occasions were really poor. It was supposed to be meet and greet, but unfortunately conspicuous by their absence. I had to phone their contact number, then wait at nominated desk in reception hall for driver to arrive. Unlikely to use again.”

“Driver waiting at Las Palmas without a problem even though the flight was delayed and passport control takes a while for us Brits now. He was there ( early, which we love ) waiting for us outside our hotel on the return journey too. Very reasonable price too ( compared the other local companies ) Lovely guy! Definitely using them on our next visit to Gran Canaria.”

“Absolute shambles Got dropped off at our location all’s good Got a phone call twenty minutes before departure to the airport saying we need to pay an extra 20 euro to be picked up or we’d be left there Then got told to look out for a white mini bus And ended up being a navy one so we weren’t flagging it down Just about made check in Will not be using again”
