“Driver waiting at Las Palmas without a problem even though the flight was delayed and passport control takes a while for us Brits now. He was there ( early, which we love ) waiting for us outside our hotel on the return journey too. Very reasonable price too ( compared the other local companies ) Lovely guy! Definitely using them on our next visit to Gran Canaria.”

“We travelled from Gibraltar Airport to Sotogrande. The taxi was waiting for us which was appreciated and the transfer was very quick and efficient. Nice clean car.”

“Absolute shambles Got dropped off at our location all’s good Got a phone call twenty minutes before departure to the airport saying we need to pay an extra 20 euro to be picked up or we’d be left there Then got told to look out for a white mini bus And ended up being a navy one so we weren’t flagging it down Just about made check in Will not be using again”

“Unfortunately Zip transfers did not deliver. We had paid our money up front but driver was not at arrivals hall with our name on placard as specified by Zip transfers. We later found out that he was waiting outside arrivals hall where we had specifically told NOT to wait. Very disappointing for our first and last encounter with this company.”

“Wonderful taxi driver went out of his way to find our apartment in Quarteira, despite difficult directions. On the return journey he arrived promptly. The best taxi driver I've ever had. A big thank you to him.”

“We were a mix of 3 families, or 9 people including a baby and a toddler. The same driver brought us both trips and had proper seats for the kids. He was prompt, polite, and very efficient and on time. He drove within the limits at all times and had pleasant background music. He texted in advance to confirm as we were in 3 different hotels in Alcudia. Money well spent. Thank you Zip”
