“We have used ZIP transfers in the past and each time we were completely satisfied, waiting at the airport and collection at the hotel was always on time. Only 3 stars this time because we were not happy with the driver. This booking , pick up at he airport and return a week later . It was the same driver for each trip . The driving was very eracitc , speeding etc, lane changing not good, driving too close to cars in front on the motorway then braking hard to slow down, it left us very nervous and glad to reach our destination safely. He needs to calm down on the driving. We had loads of time to catch our flight so time was not an issue.”

“There was a bit of a mix up with the drivers at the airport on arrival but was very quickly sorted. The driver was very pleasant, helpful, and polite and chatty, which was nice as they usual ignore you. On the return journey the driver arrived on time not chatty spent time chatting to a friend on the phone, but was helpful with our luggage. All in all a good service. Have used zip transfers before and happy to use again.”

“Excellent service. Waiting for us with our name clearly visible on arrival at Malaga Airport. Short walk to an immaculate car to take us on to Nerja. Again on return the following week, prompt and safely back to the airport. Very pleasant, smart driver for both journeys. Have used Ziptransfers before and will definitely use again. Great communication too.”

“We had a good transfer, when we found the right place to be as the booking said go to office 36 but it was actually 30 good transfer on our return journey, we use Zip 3 times a year and already have 2 booked for 2025”
