“Excellent service, friendly staff at the arrivals airport and a lovely driver to our accommodation. Sadly, the return driver wasn't very friendly (he didn't bother to speak and was grumpy) but he was on time and very efficient.”

“Booked a transfer from Tenerife airport on Friday 20th December.Expected a driver to be waiting as arranged no driver waiting so went to desk to ask why only to be greeted by about 20 people waiting for taxis asked at desk told their would be about a half hour which it was.When we went out it was a mini bus not a car as we had booked and paid for on the whole a bad experience would not use this company again.”

“Booked with these a few times and had been great. When we arrived in Tenerife for new year we went to the desk as usual and were redirected to another company. We were then taken outside and put in a separate taxi rank. As there were 5 adults and a toddler we needed a bigger taxi that’s why we booked a private transfer. After watching the attendant put 1 person in an 8 seater, then another 8 seater went past as they are only allowed to stop 1 vehicle at a time and having to wait for over 30 minutes we were not impressed. We were not told that they could not accommodate a private transfer when we booked. Every other time we have been taken straight to our transfer and been on our way”

“The plane was 1 hour late. The driver was aware (he knew the flight number), but when we arrived, he already left. Called the support, and they gave me the voucher for a taxi in the airport. Fine, but they didn't have the child seat. This was reimbursed to me later, but the child had to go without a seat - no good for safety.”
