“the return journey the driver dropped us off at the wrong terminal and he picked us up from the wrong area of the complex.”

“The pickup at the airport was in a rundown van. Granted that we were the only two passengers, which is as expected, it wasn't a comfortable vehicle. On the return to the airport, our driver did not show up. I never found out what happened, whether the assigned driver was late, or if another driver was sent instead and asked for a tip anyway. Regardless, very little trust factor. Won't use again.”

“We were met at the airport and taken by a lovely man to a very comfortable car for the 30 minute transfer to our hotel. When coming home, we were again met by a different, but equally lovely driver with an emmaculate car. The whole experience was seamless and half the cost of the hotel transfer. Would highly recommend and will definately use again.”

“Punctual and helpful drivers. Used Ziptransfers 2 times, experienced no problem, with the exception of the last time. There were delays at the baggage claim at the airport due to slow action by the airport workers. It was resolved when we got the luggage exactly within the deadline for how long the driver could wait.”

“Used Zip for 2 transfers in Barcelona. First transfer.Driver was late. Despite being whatsapped when I had luggage and was through customs. Second driver was a nightmare. Turned up in pouring rain . Didn't help with luggage. Had a baby seat in rear passenger seat. Front passseat full of paperwork and his personal kit. Absolute shambles. Wouldn't recommend Zip going forward.”

“Ordered a taxi from Tenerife airport, where a driver was suppose to meet and greet with me. Waited and looked for the driver in the arrival hall for 20 min. Then had to call the help line in UK to get help. Was told to go to a desk to get help. Went to the desk and from there taken outside where I had to wait in line for another 20 min for a taxi.”

“Have used zip transfers many times from Gibraltar to sabinillas in Spain. Always been punctual and helpful with our heavy luggage. Would highly recommend”
