“We had a good transfer, when we found the right place to be as the booking said go to office 36 but it was actually 30 good transfer on our return journey, we use Zip 3 times a year and already have 2 booked for 2025”

“Recently booked Zip Transfers for solo trip airport to Albufeira and back to airport a few days later - driver was very corteous and attentive - was there at arrivals despite flight arriving early and was prompt for return trip - great service and a very nice man. “Driver wasn’t in the meeting place we had been told to go to. After a phone call to the office he appeared. Helped with one of our cases and took us somewhere and told us to wait for him to get the car. He didn’t tell us how long he would be and after 10 minutes we tried to ring the office again, just then he appeared. Vehicle was clean and comfortable. Driver checked where we were going and then started looking on his phone for directions, didn’t seem prepared. drove quite slowly and didn’t seem sure where he was going, driving round a roundabout twice. We did get there safely in the end.”

“We had to wait over 15mins for our driver at Palma airport despit the flight being on-time. On the return journey our driver was 45mins earlier than scheduled. However, both journeys were comfortable and without incident.”

“We organised a ZIP transfer from Lanzarote to our apartment on 11th September . The driver was kind and helpful and arrived to our apartment without delay. I had taxi booked on 20th September and taxi was ther on time at 7.40. A very pleasant guy . Hope to use this facility when hopefully Inreturn to Lanzarote nex year. Muchos gracias.”
