“Absolutely seamless. I had a message to say where he driver would meet us at the airport and another to say who our driver would be on the return journey. He was there bang on time and the journeys there and back were smooth and timed to perfection.”

“Reasonable price and better available but reliability and experience make it worth it. Standard of vehicles can be a hit or a miss. All drivers are very polite.”

“We received excellent service from ZIP TRANSFERS - the driver was there waiting at the airport for us even though we were delayed - beautiful too if the range Mercedes - and for the return journey two weeks later the car and driver were 20 minutes early for us - we couldn’t recommend them enough- great service thank you.”

“A big waste of time and money. When we booked we got an email explicitly stating that our DRIVER would be standing at arrivals with our name on a sign. We got to arrivals, couldn’t see anyone with our name. After 15 minutes Rang the office, they said to walk to a man in a red top from a different company. He had our name on a clipboard, not that we could see. He then took us to a desk for a completely different transfer company, who then ordered us a taxi and told us it would be 20 minutes. All together waited over an hour, got taken on a walk around the car park by a clueless staff member in the sun with a toddler, before our taxi finally arrived. Taxi driver was nice but the service itself is the complete opposite from what is advertised. Would have been better off flagging a taxi from outside the airport ourselves.”

“Thank you ZIp Transfers Our Ryanair incoming flight was delayed coming in on Saturday 14/09/24 But as soon as we arrived the driver was waiting to transfer us to the Ocean House Hotel And on Saturday 21/09/24 the driver arrived 10 minutes before he was due to arrive and got us to Malaga airport safely and with plenty of time to spare. Yours Sincerely Derek Orr”
