“Hard to find stand for bus in airport. Bus coming back was super and clean and prompt”

“A big waste of time and money. When we booked we got an email explicitly stating that our DRIVER would be standing at arrivals with our name on a sign. We got to arrivals, couldn’t see anyone with our name. After 15 minutes Rang the office, they said to walk to a man in a red top from a different company. He had our name on a clipboard, not that we could see. He then took us to a desk for a completely different transfer company, who then ordered us a taxi and told us it would be 20 minutes. All together waited over an hour, got taken on a walk around the car park by a clueless staff member in the sun with a toddler, before our taxi finally arrived. Taxi driver was nice but the service itself is the complete opposite from what is advertised. Would have been better off flagging a taxi from outside the airport ourselves.”

“Thank you ZIp Transfers Our Ryanair incoming flight was delayed coming in on Saturday 14/09/24 But as soon as we arrived the driver was waiting to transfer us to the Ocean House Hotel And on Saturday 21/09/24 the driver arrived 10 minutes before he was due to arrive and got us to Malaga airport safely and with plenty of time to spare. Yours Sincerely Derek Orr”

“After picking us up from the airport the driver when nearing our hotel[H15 The palace] told me that he was unable to drop us outside as there was restricted access. He left us 200 metres from the hotel[not in sight] and told us it was up the road in front on the right hand side. We walked up the road and couldn't find it.We asked in a bar and was told it was futher up the road around a corner. It wan't easy to wheel 3 cases across cobbled streats. Upon collection the same driver asked if he could pick us up at the same place he dropped us. I told him that there were plenty of cars around and there was a parking space outside the hotel. it became evident that he had to take a 3-4 minute detour through the old town to get back on the main road.This is why he didn't take us to the hotel entrance upon arrival. It seemed to me he had his own interest at heart rather than ours!!”
