“Our transfer in Mallorca using ZIP was so easy. Our driver was where they described in arrival and took us straight to our hotel in a small minibus with air-conditioning. For our return which was 3.45am, they were perfectly on time, getting us to the airport earlier than anticipated. Would definitely recommend and worth the money when compared to a slower coach.”

“Return journey from Palma airport to Puerto Pollensa in Aug 2024. Driver was waiting for us on arrival, was very polite and the journey was smooth. Collection was on time, I rang to confirm a couple of hours beforehand and the person I spoke to was very friendly. And the promptness was appreciated because I never received the confirmation email - this was an issue with my email account, not the fault of Ziptransfers. So, even without that confirmation everything went as smoothly as it could. Would highly recommend.”

“Arranged transfers to & from Tenerife South Airport and Costa Adeje for 3 persons. We expected a saloon car and were worried about the amount of luggage we travelled with, but both journeys were made by minibus, so plenty of room for luggage. Flight in was delayed and baggage pickup took an age but office was in close contact by phone and driver was waiting when we were finally through immigration & customs. Pick up at the end of the holiday was prompt to the minute. Would use this service again.”
