“Spot on, i made a mistake with my booking and assigned the wrong hotel, first call I did not get a call back but I called back later in the day and the help line resolved the matter and called me back within 20 minutes or so, friendly driver met us at the airport and also collected us from hotel. Competitive prices and I would most definitely use zip transfer again.”

“Price quoted was very reasonable so we booked airport transfers both ways. I was a little concerned that our flight was delayed and we arrived two hours later than scheduled (2 am instead of midnight). I had no need to worry as the taxi was there and waiting for us. Return journey just as easy, they texted to say on way but might be 10 mins late. Would definitely use again and recommend.”

“I've been using ziptransfers for a few years now. Traveling both with friends and family in different cities in Europe. I find their service very reliable and punctual and what comes as a surprise is that it is also very cost efficient. Thank you very much for an excellent service and a warm and welcoming attitude.”

“We book Zip transfers everytime we go on holiday, fantastic company & service, lovely spacious vehicle's friendly accommadting staff always smiling & happy to help, they are always on time & are there as we walk out of the airport & always on time for our return journey back to the airport, would & already have recommended to friends & family.”
