“Excellent service. Booking service was simple. Amending original booking was no hassle. Competitive price. Driver met us at Palermo airport as agreed - smartly dressed & took us to an immaculate car for transfer to Palermo. Water provided by driver. I would use again without hesitation & wholeheartedly recommend.”

“Excellent from booking to return journey ! Driver made contact the day before we were due to depart leaving us his number for easy contact. Didn’t need it as he was waiting in arrival lounge with a name card. Again made contact the night before we had to depart advising of pick up details. He was on time for return journey. I will definitely use this company again.”

“Transfers on time when arriving at airport, on return driver contacted me to ask if it was OK to pick up 20 mins earlier which was perfect foe us. Very professional and helpful both and pick up and drop off, transport was very spacious for the group of us and air conditioning on too when we got on. Will definitely book Transfers through your company again in the future”

“We found the price compared well to local taxis waiting outside the airport and it provides peace of mind that someone will be waiting for you no matter the time of day. We've used zip transfers for two separate holidays now and they've be been very reliable. On one occasion the driver was not waiting so we called and were given an instant refund which we used for a local cab so no big deal.”

“It was my fault I forget to write email after transfer to get money back. When we came to airport (earlier about 15min) we were waiting the driver 1 h!! I called three times to find out where is he… also I was booked booster for my child, but it was no booster which I paid for (12€).”

“Booked online a couple of days before we flew. Booked a 16 seater mini bus for 14 of us with luggage. Driver was waiting at Lanzarote airport when we arrived and was friendly. Mini bus was decent and had a car seat for the little one. We’d booked a return to the airport a week later and they turned up as booked on time (4:30am). Price was really good and will definitely look to use this company again. Thank you.”

“Bit of confusion on arrival as we had booked two transfers to different resorts same booking name. My sons transfer was waiting in arrivals to his resort. but no sign of mine his driver made a call to the office to confirm where our transfer was we had been booked with a different supplier as there was only two of us on our booking. Sorted very quickly and smooth transfer to resorts no issues with return transfers 5 star service and vehicles happy to recommend and will use on our next trip to Gran Canaria.”
