“Excellent service, very happy with all aspects from booking to meeting the driver at the airport. Driver was very helpful, spoke good English and drove very carefully. There was a delay getting through passport control due to technical issues but the driver was aware of this and there was no issue despite us being 30 mins later than estimated collection time. Reasonable rates too. I will 100% be using these in future for all transfers.”

“We have used Ziptransfers many times for trips to and from airports. However, on our latest trip, pick up at the airport was very smooth and on time however the return journey was not. Taxi failed to turn up for our airport journey. We phoned the office and the phone call was answered immediately. We were advised that the taxi was en route, however, 30 minutes later and no Taxi. A further two phone calls resulted in eventually a taxi arriving 25 minutes later to take us to the airport. It created panic and we almost phoned a local taxi from the hotel which would have cost us extra. Overall, Ziptransfers have been great but it really only does take one bad experience to feel disappointed and wary of booking again.”

“Perfect. Driver waiting when we arrived in Corfu. Car had two booster seats in as we had booked and paid for. Clean people carrier plesent driver. On transfer back the driver was on time. Clean People carrier plesent driver but there was only one booster seat in the car. So the driver went into the hotel and borrowed one from them.”

“Spot on, i made a mistake with my booking and assigned the wrong hotel, first call I did not get a call back but I called back later in the day and the help line resolved the matter and called me back within 20 minutes or so, friendly driver met us at the airport and also collected us from hotel. Competitive prices and I would most definitely use zip transfer again.”
