“Excellent professipnal taxi service from Malaga Airport and return. Vehicles are always spotless and drivers smartly dressed. In April we arrived at Malaga Airport to a packed arrivals concourse for passport control. We were concerned that the taxi wouldn't be able to wait so long for us to get through. I shouldn't have worried, the driver was still there waiting for us. What more could we ask for. Cannot recommend enough.”

“Not a "Meet and Greet" and flight monitoring service (at Tenerife South airport) as suggested in booking text but had to walk a long distance to an agency's office then wait about 25 minutes for an available taxi. Driver we eventually got was excellent.”

“We had a great experience taking a transfer from Granada to Seville with a stop in Cordoba. Dominic was our driver and he was full of history and stories of the area. He really made the trip an amazing experience. We would certainly take a trip with him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a transfer.”

“We booked Zip transfers from Lanzarote Airport to hotel in Los Pocollos. The driver was waiting on the arrivals hall clearly showing my name. The greeting was warm and friendly and she helped with taking the cases to the awaiting vehicle. This is was a minibus even though there was only 2 of us. The minibus was clean and a comfortable ride to the hotel where again the driver helped unload the cases. I would have no hesitation using Zip Transfer again.”

“Great transport however no one waiting for us. Carting around all luggage and small babies looking for the office which was quite far away from where you arrive. Not obviously sign posted. Otherwise professional and quick transfer with no concerns. Bus clean and car seats supplied. Thank you.”

“The transfers were good the drivers were very safe . There was confusion over baby seats at the airport on our arrival which were finally sorted at the airport but not on the return .”

“A great service, easy to book, always on time, great drivers. Unfortunately, we continuously experience some sort of technical difficulty with receiving the confirmation of our booking and must follow-up with your representative to manually send it to us. It's not a big problem, just a bit annoying that our confirmation must always be sent to us manually.”
