“Used in majorca, to be fair to them, they did arrive when they were meant to and got us to the destination and back without incident. Trip to hotel great. It was the vehicle on the return to airport, it was a battered dented scratched smelly builders van, with some random water drops coming in from somewhere. Luxury it was not. Did it do the job? Yes it did but if I was with my family I would've been very disappointed.”

“ZipTransfers offer a great service. Our driver was on time to collect us at the arrivals gate displaying a sign clearly visible with my name. Our driver was extremely helpful and polite and the vehicle (Mercedes) was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Our return taxi was less impressive as it was a minibus, however, this was just as clean and the driver just as courteous. I would recommend ZipTransfers; their prices are reasonable and appear to be cheaper than other transfer companies available.”

“Arrived at Madrid Airport, no sign of our driver, called help line and they said they would send someone, obviously we had been forgetten, 25min wait, phone call, driver spoke no English and had no identifying badge or sign, needed a spanish lady nearby to talk to him and get location, transfer then was fine. We had booked a return, tried helpline number night before and early departure day but was not ringing. Sent e mail to confirm pick up, after 9am phone was working and we were told that she would need to speak to manager to confirm collection and she had our e mail and would reply. Reply stated someone would be outside Hotel Riu Plaza Espana 10.55, we saw a man on Phone outside Hotel at 11am I asked was he looking for Mr Green, he replied 4 persons so we left with him, 10 mins into Journey Mario called to ask where we were, i explained we had taken wrong taxi, obviously my mistake but this arose due losing confidence in the Airport pick up and not seeing any identification or signage and thinking this is how Ziptransfers work, or not.”

“Can’t fault the service. We flew to Alicante airport. Great communication leading up to our flights. Lovely comfortable transport which was on time both ways. Professional safe driver who helped with our suitcases. Would certainly recommend.”

“Overall we were extremely happy with Zip transfers, our arrival flight was delayed and Zip monitored our flight and were there to meet us at our new arrival time, however, on the drive to our destination our driver had us the toll fee of €8 which was not outlined to us in booking. And our driver on our return journey did not charge this toll fee. I found this quiet unusual and do wish this extra charge was outlined when we first made the booking.”

“We were really pleased with the Zip Transfers on our golf holiday. Even when we were held up at the airport they worked with us to make sure we were picked up and dropped at the hotel. Our long trip to West Cliffs was carried out in a professional manner. We would definitely use them again.”

“I paid for a transfer from The Celebrity Ascent in Barcelona on Monday 2 September for four passengers to travel to Barcelona airport. The transfer was to arrive at 9:00am. My husband and I and another couple were outside the terminal from 8:30am waiting for car in case the transfer arrived early. My husband continued to walk around looking for the name HEMMINGs but there was no car there. We rang the number which rang out and checked for phone and email for a message but unfortunately there was nothing from your company. We ended up getting on the taxi line and got a cab to the airport. As I sent messages to your company with no responses I believed that your company was a SCAM. We had an amazing vacation and had transfers in many cities with excellent service but your company totally let us down. I would not recommended your company to anyone.”
