“Overall, we are pleased with the transfer service, but we have a note from the long wait at Vienna Airport (13.10.18 - flight from Varna of Wizzair). The driver appeared after about 15-20 minutes, explaining that he was waiting in another place to avoid the crowd and had been notified by an agency employee. But no one called us, and on our multiple calls from the airport, no one answered your emergency 24-hour phone. It was only later that we found out with the driver and only then your employee phoned us. Regarding the return from the hotel to the airport, everything was impeccable. Thank you”

“I was just disappointed to see how big the difference was in price to a normal taxi. The last time it was the same price this time it was double the price of a taxi.”

“Very good collection and transfer to apartment in resort nice clean car. On time collection back to airport. Would have given 5 stars but driver going a bit to fast at 150 kilometres per hour on return journey.”
