“The driver only had one bottle of water in the car when we arrived, even though there were two of us. He took my friend's suitcase and left me (with a walking stick) to bring my own to the car when meeting us on arrival at Pisa. I also thought he was quite surly in his attitude - few, if any, smiles and not a warm welcome at all. Hence the score as 'acceptable'. For the price of 146 Euros, I would expect more than that. “I have used Zip transfers for many years. Always on time. Drivers very courteous and private transport always spacious for luggage etc.Reliability and punctuality is the main thing and the courtesy of drivers.”

“Driver waiting for us, despite our flight being delayed. He helped us with our luggage and, although he did not know much English (but more than my Italian!) he was very friendly and helpful. The car was very comfortable and we were taken exactly to our destination. Very good service.”
