“Very happy with zip transfer. We arrived at the airport to be greeted by a gentleman and took us to our hotel. On return there was no delay as the driver arrived at or hotel on time took or bags and dropped us back to the airport. I would highly recommend booking Zip transfers and I will 100% be booking them every time we travel. Thanks for making our holiday more relaxing....”

“The driver only had one bottle of water in the car when we arrived, even though there were two of us. He took my friend's suitcase and left me (with a walking stick) to bring my own to the car when meeting us on arrival at Pisa. I also thought he was quite surly in his attitude - few, if any, smiles and not a warm welcome at all. Hence the score as 'acceptable'. For the price of 146 Euros, I would expect more than that.
