“It, is very convenient to be met at the airport and taken directly to your destination/ hotel. The driver was a little bit late to collect us for the return journey which was of some concern initially, but we did get to the airport in good time. Cars are immaculate and drivers were very polite”

“No cars seats provided on return journey and they were paid for. the mini bus didn't even have seat belts...oh sorry the driver had one.we were travelling with our twin boys and they are 2 years old and this is unacceptable and a clear lack of safety that no seat belts or car seats were provided.we will be returning to cala bona but we will not be using zip tranfers again.shocking service”
