“Our transfer did not show up for our return journey. As a result we almost missed our flight. Will not be using zip transfers again and would not recommend.”

“Everything went smoothly. Driver was waiting on our arrival at airport and helped with cases to the car. On the return journey he was spot on for pick up at the hotel and a good journey back to the airport. Would definitely use again. Thanks”

“The driver was allocated a vehicle type he had never driven before and was unfamiliar with the layout of the controls, or how to start a diesel car properly. Not all headlights were in working order, thus endangering other road users and ourselves. As a result, we did not feel safe during the journey. The driver did not inspect the car before leaving, otherwise would have noticed the broken lights. We will not be using your service again. We will not be recommending your service to anyone.”
