“Excellent service and would certainly use them again. Driver at the airport when we got through passport control. The driver contacted me busy text first to say he was there and I messaged back to say there was a bit of a wait at passport control and I liked the fact that I could communicate with him.”

“Not great. Too far to walk from Airport to the transport as my wife I had mobility issues. Only to find we had a 52 seater coach. Will use a Taxi off the rank next time.”

“We have been using ZIPTRANSFERS for a few years now and would highly recommend them. Their vehicles are a very good standard and always immaculately clean. Any driver we have had has been very helpful and courteous. We will definitely be using them for our next trip.”

“Arrived at the airport and there was no driver waiting.after half an hour I rang the company to ask were the driver was and I was told to go to the kiosk in the main hall.the girl said the driver was on his way waited an hour and twenty minutes all together not a good start to my holiday.my friends from England had the same issue and ended up getting a taxi outside the airport.i used this company in benidorm with no issues at all.the rest of the questions in this survey is about how my parcel was delivered what a joke”
