“Es hat alles gut geklappt, der Fahrer stand mit einem Namensschild pünktlich am Ausgang. Die Fahrt war angenehm und der Fahrer freundlich. Aber: Der Preis für diesen Service ist viel zu hoch. Nächstes Mal nehme ich ein reguläres Taxi, davon standen jede Menge vor der Ankunftshalle.”

“We had an unacceptable long wait at Lanzarote airport and when it arrived the vehicle was an old scruffy 15 seater minibus and not the 4 person saloon car that we had booked. The driver's attitude was "take it or leave it". The return was entirely different. The driver was early ( 40 minutes early ! ) well dressed and very courteous. His vehicle was a 45 seater coach and we were the only 2 passengers! But the journey was smooth, we arrived in good time and the driver assisted with our luggage. Based on the airport collection experience I could never use Zip transfers again, which is a pity because the return driver was excellent”

“Driver was late and wasn't in the specified location with my name on a board. After a number of phone calls with the Spanish driver I found a person in the location where the driver should've been and he spoke to the driver on my phone and said I had to go down a floor to the bus stops and meet the driver there. We went down to the bus stop and managed to find the driver. VERY POOR SERVICE”

“Honestly - it was stressful! There was a marathon in Alicante on our morning of pick up so the taxi could not come to our hotel. However, this should have been known by the company and we could have met them at a different location Thanks Sarah”
