“DONT USE ZIPTRANSFERS!! They are totally unreliable. They left me and my family stranded at the airport. They did not even have the courtesy to let us know they were not turning up to the bookingvI had made and paid for a week prior. I did get an apology , but they would not repay me the extra it cost me to get home, just a credit... like I would use them ever again. Complete unprofessional shambles, avoid like the plague!”

“Had to go looking for the office @ Tenerife airport. Normally when rebooking driver is waiting at arrivals with your name. Queue at the office. Bit of a struggle as my wife was in a wheelchair. Transfer mini bus Had seen it's better days. Driver was very good.”

“On arrival at Tenerife South and locating dispatch office a short wait incurred before transfer. The local knowledge of the driver enabled the transfer to be speedy avoiding traffic delays due to roadworks on the main auto route. The return waiver good with the driver arriving punctually and smooth transfer.”

“Got to airport in Tenerife and no one holding up a sign near exchange bureau so went to office 30 and was told they had received a cancellation and I had to ring help number I did this and was told to return to exchange bureau and someone would be there They were so all was well just a bit stress ful for elderly one of whom has Parkinson's Early morning taxi there and all great All in all very good”

“I booked the transfer from the Airport quite late but strangers were great. The Driver was at the airport when we came out and was very helpful. The vehicle was more than big enough for all of us ( 4 Adults and 2 Children with car seats and cases). I would certainly use Ziptranfers again.”

“The luggage was delayed more than one hour and the driver had left. Had to take a new taxi and paid the cost of 95 euro. No refund from zip. Order another transfer company next time”
