“Ordered a private transfer in a car for 3 people. Arrived at the airport to find a man standing with my name on his phone who couldn't speak a word of English and also couldn't understand a word of English. He made us stand around for 20 mins so in the end I found someone to translate and he said our private taxi had gone and we had to get on a shared minibus which is not what I booked and paid for. No one had any idea what was going on or where we were going u til we got there as the driver couldn't tell us. Will never use this company again!”

“Booked a meet & greet, but nobody there at arrivals. Later found out they had sent a whats app message with meeting point, but as my phone had been on flight mode I did not get it. A text would have worked fine! The phone number was a spanish one, and a friend had to Google the Company & get a number in England to sort this out. Waited 40 mins for this transport. Would have already been at the hotel, if we had just gotten a Taxi from the rank. This is not a meet & greet service! Return pick up was fine, but beacause of the arrival problems, would not recommend.”

“No problems on arrival, however did not turn up for return journey .Concierge rang them as a driver did turn up but had a different name. Despite concluding he should have our name he left . We then organised another transfer an extra cost to us We are still waiting for refund. !”

“Upon our arrival in Gran Canaria in November, we used Ziptransfer for transportation to the hotel in Patalavaca. A comfortable and nice trip in a nice and clean car. We had also booked a return to the airport in December, and were picked up at the hotel at the agreed time. We will use Ziptransfer for the trip from/to airport - hotel when we travel to GC next time. Safe, reliable, reasonable price and pleasant drivers. Roll the dice 6.”
