“Needed a guaranteed ride to the airport from the Rialto Bridge. No problems except some confusion about pickup point. Your document asked us to wait in hotel lobby while the boat was expecting us to wait at the jetty.outside. But the boatman called the hotel and it was soon sorted out. Transfer to MPV was seamless.”

“We had a short wait at the airport, while they ordered the booster seat. but it was well worth it when we saw the length of the taxi queues. The mini bus was clean and the driver courteous. Will use them again.”

“Usually using ZIP transfer is a good experience. However on the initial part of the trip the driver did not supply a child booster seat as requested, did not know where the drop off was as kept using his Google maps for directions and finally dropped us of near where we were staying but not at the address. The return trip was of the standard we have come to expect from the service”

“Communication with zip was great even out of hours. When the taxi driver in lake garda tried to charge us extra because we had been delayed I called them they said not to pay and they would sort it. Overall great experience thanks”
