“Car was waiting for us even after an hour of queuing at Immigration. Driver was good, not too fast and careful. The only down side was the driver had contacted a friend of his who runs a tour company and spoke to us on the drive to the hotel touting us to join some tour groups and got our mobile number from the driver. This was not acceptable in our opinion.”

“The booking process was simple and quick. However, it would be nice to have the actual transfer service company name specified on the booking confirmation, so that you can prevent difficulties to find the driver.”

“Our driver was very good and the vehicle was excellent nice and clean , plenty of room as there were 6 of us with luggage, our driver was on time for our return journey, would have given it a very good , but the instructions for the office location was not good and we did have a slight panic when we got there, as this was booked via the internet, change the instructions and it would be excellent , thanks”

“The drivers and cars used were very good, except the car (not the driver), which we were on when we arrived in Rome. However, I would recommend that ZIPtransfers used a bigger sign in the arrival hall at the airport for the benefit of the customeRIS.”
