“Todo bien,como siempre,pues me agrada bastante vuestro servicio,atención y profesionalidad.Pero,en este último viaje,de vuelta del Puerto de la Cruz al aeropuerto de Tenerife,el chófer,que era un poco "tosco",por decirlo suavemente,al sacar los trolleys le partió el apoyo a uno y la cosa no tiene gracia.Se que no es culpa vuestra pero es una "mancha" con respecto a los demás servicios que me habéis ofrecido y son bastantes”

“It was a bit of a problem when we came to Gran Canaria. We had to wait about 1 hour and had to make a few phone calls before finally a regular taxi arrived. We have a reservation for our return trip, hope it works better. But, we think you did everything well after all.”

“It was easy to schedule, and we got a competitive price. The driver was on time and safe. We didn't get a confirmation that he could use though, so we had to call the company (would be good to know that for future).”

“Booked return Airport-Hotel transfers in Cairo, Egypt, where the Hotel to Airport trip was awesome, with the driver turning up early battling through the chaotic traffic and got me there on time. However the Airport-Hotel transfer left me waiting for them for a very long time, and making calls to track the pick up. In the end the greeter turned up so everything flowed which was good. I only booked for Hotel-Airport in Marrakech, Morocco. That, too, was a great experience with their punctuality and politeness. Booking with ZIPtransfers had been great and easy, as I changed pick up time a couple of times via email before the stipulated cut off time, and they were actioned almost immediately! Wonderful!!”

“Meeting was excellent. However there was a long walk from the terminal to the taxi. My wife struggled to keep up the pace that the driver set. However.overall the service was excellent.”
