“I had terrible service. It took me 2 hours to get to my hotel instead of 20 mins.You changed service providers without advising me and I had to ring a very unhelpful assistant to find out where to go.”

“It is stressful when you travel abroad and hoping your transfer booking turns up, I have had it when they have not due to lack of drivers. Was so good to see the Ziptransfer guy waiting there for us to take us to our holiday destination. Another great thing was to see him for our return journey, he was a little late due to bad weather on roads, this was told to us my text one hour before. We will book again for next trip.”

“We always use Zip transfers. Easy to book on line. Punctual, smart drivers in immaculate vehicles. Last used in Gran Canaria in January 24 and received first class service as usual.”

“When we arrived in Tenerife there was no one there we had to go to waiting area and wait in queue.Transfer back to airport was better. Gentleman in booth at airport was arrogant and rude .”
