“I was about worried after reading some reviews but all worked out well. After picking up our cases at Lanzarote airport was directed to the desk and there were our names on display. The young lady called our driver and said 5 minutes and he would be there. She then took us out to the pick up point and waited with us till taxi arrived First class treatment and taxi and driver were excellent”

“I will never use this company again no one was waiting for us as stated on booking after finding the company desk it was mayhem with people complaining after waiting for 2 and a half hrs we finally got our taxi we are 2 pensioners and found the whole experience very upsetting as there was a lot off people shouting at the desk staff one lady walked from behind the counter and never came back and left one person to deal with very angry customers”

“Booking was easy but there was problems with both journeys. When I was picked up from the airport I was sat outside in a wheelchair waiting for the driver to find the terminal entrance. I don’t know why he couldn’t find it, it’s very big, then he made some excuse about parking. Last time I booked with ziptransfer the driver was waiting in the airport with my name clearly on an iPad, why did this not happen this time? My return journey was made difficult by the driver using the longer coastal road which is very windy and very high up which was bad for my anxiety and left me feeling very sick. I think he was trying to avoid the toll road, which I was under the impression was paid for in my booking. Ziptransfer did quite well, but the drivers were only acceptable. I might get a normal taxi from the airport to the city next time.”

“Great experience with ZIPTRANSFERS! Our flight was delayed, and our driver (i wish i remembered his name!) was still there waiting for us with a smile on his face! He helped with our luggage, brought us out one door and bam - the SUV was there waiting for us! He was pleasant, friendly and informative. He was a very safe driver and brought us directly to our destination. Thank you !!”

“De Treviso a Piazzale Roma, un lujo de viaje y conductor. Respecto a la vuelta no tengo queja, si bien estaba diluviando, con un niño y nos cambiaron el lugar de recogida a un punto que ni los carabinieri sabían indicarnos. Finalmente con whassap todos nos ubicamos. Cosas que pueden pasar y se solventaron.”
