I love that there is finally a workout program that I can do at home if I can’t make it to the gym. It’s so fun and a great way to make you move. I am the type of person who hates going to the gym without a plan of what to do and this makes it so much easier. I love it!

I’ve never felt stronger in my life. All the moves are doable and never daunting, and I notice myself looking forward to each workout daily!!

I love love love this workout guide!! I did the Summer Shape up Challenge with Katie first, and so glad that I got the HBSG - Its easy to follow along, and fit into any schedule. And I love that you can make it harder for yourself if needed!! Also love the workout dictionary in the back, I have definitely used it a few times already :) Excited to continue on using it!!

I love this because it makes my workouts so easy. All I have to do is follow along with what Katie put together and I get a complete 30 minute without!
